We are looking for an AI Security Engineer to join our Information Security team. The role is responsible for ensuring that Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) systems are designed, deployed, and operated securely, responsibly, and in compliance with regulatory and security requirements, while assessing the risks introduced by the adoption of AI tools across the organization.
The AI Security Engineer works under the direction of the CISO and plays a key role in managing AI‑specific cyber risks, enabling secure AI adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess risks introduced by employee use of AI tools (Shadow AI governance)
- Design and review secure architectures for AI/ML and LLM‑based systems
- Define and implement security controls for training data, models, APIs, and inference services
- Identify and assess AI‑specific threats such as prompt injection, model poisoning, data leakage, and unauthorized model use
- Conduct security reviews of AI-powered features prior to deployment
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of AI Security Policies and controls for Shadow AI
- Support compliance initiatives aligned with EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, GDPR
- Produce technical documentation and security evidence for audits and assessments
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and hands-on cloud security experience for AI workloads
- Good understanding of security standards and regulatory frameworks
- Understanding of the secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC)
