We at Coforge are hiring an experienced AI Security Lead with a strong software engineering foundation and recent hands-on experience in prompt injection defense, data protection, guardrails, SOC monitoring. This role is to lead efforts and be responsible for Ensuring AI systems are secure, compliant, and production-ready across the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI security frameworks.
- Implement controls for Prompt injection, Data leakage / exfiltration, Tool misuse.
- Define agent guardrails and policy enforcement models.
- Enable SOC monitoring and incident response.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, GDPR / HIPAA, Responsible AI standard.
Qualification:
- AI / LLM security expertise.
- Experience with cloud-native security (Azure + AWS.
- Knowledge of DLP, IAM, data privacy control.
- Experience with observability tools and telemetry frameworks.
Good to Have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Consulting experience.
- Deep background working in AI Security Frameworks.
