Job Description: We're looking for a security professional to embed themselves in our AI/GenAI journey — from early design through to production. You'll be the person who makes sure our AI platforms, APIs, agents, and integrations are built securely and responsibly. Day-to-day, this means reviewing AI architectures, setting guardrails around data usage (especially sensitive or regulated data), and keeping a sharp eye on risks like prompt injection, data leakage, and model misuse. You'll also shape our AI governance standards and work hand-in-hand with Product Security and engineering to make sure controls are real and enforceable — not just on paper. Logging, monitoring, and auditability of AI usage will be part of your world too.
Must-Have:
- A solid background in security — application, cloud, or architecture
- Hands-on experience with security reviews and defining technical controls
- A working understanding of GenAI and LLM-based solutions
- Familiarity with data protection and privacy principles
- Ability to translate security concerns into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Strong instinct for identifying and prioritising risk
- Comfortable challenging implementations and validating them against requirements
- Someone who collaborates well across security, engineering, and data teams
Would be great if you have:
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure, particularly AWS Bedrock or similar GenAI platforms
- Databricks experience — securing ML pipelines, notebooks, jobs, and managing access control
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, SAIF, MCP (incl. MCP-38), or A2A architectures
- A background in DevSecOps or MLOps environments
