Job Summary
Seeking experienced Application Analysts with expertise in Solventum / 3M HIM Coding applications within healthcare environments. The role involves production support, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, upgrades, testing, and collaboration with HIM, clinical, and IT teams to ensure smooth application performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Solventum / 3M HIM Coding applications.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents.
- Support upgrades, patches, testing, deployments, and UAT activities.
- Analyze HIM workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor application performance, interfaces, and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and healthcare standards.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years supporting Solventum / 3M HIM Coding applications.
- Strong experience in healthcare application production support.
- Knowledge of HIM coding workflows and healthcare operations.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, workflow analysis, and application maintenance.
- Experience with incident/change management tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Health / Cerner Invision.
- Knowledge of HL7 interfaces and healthcare integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL queries and reporting tools.
- Experience in large healthcare enterprise environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
