Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Riyadh Region for an Application Specialist. In this role, the Application Specialist will manage and support software applications, provide technical assistance, and resolve day-to-day issues related to application performance and functionality. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, application testing, identifying inefficiencies, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure the software aligns with user needs and business requirements. The Application Specialist will actively maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Application Support and Troubleshooting
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Experience in providing Technical Support and related solutions
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of IT systems and ability to integrate solutions effectively
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in the ICT or digital transformation
