The opportunity
As an Assistant, Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for collecting data from multiple source systems and ensuring accurate entry, updating, and maintenance of data within company databases and platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining high accuracy standards.
The role
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to collect data from various systems and reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain missing or incomplete data
- Enter, update, and maintain data across multiple systems and databases with a high level of accuracy and consistency
- Ensure strong attention to detail while handling large volumes of data to minimize errors
- Identify data discrepancies, resolve issues proactively, or escalate when necessary
- Continuously monitor data accuracy and take corrective actions to maintain reliable datasets for reporting and analysis
- Ensure sensitive information is handled and maintained in accordance with company data governance and security policies.
The requirement
Knowledge & Professional Experience
- At least Bachelor degree in Science / Engineering from a reputed public or private university with a maximum of 01 years of experience.
Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (ERP experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with data entry systems and databases is a plus.
- Knowledge of data validation and quality checks is an advantage
- Capacity to understand and evaluate priorities and urgencies.
- An open-minded professional with a positive attitude, manner and behavior.
- Work under pressure and potentially to take on the challenge of performing the job.
