We’re partnering with a leading UK retail organisation undergoing major digital and security transformation. They’re looking for a senior cyber leader to act as the critical link between cyber security and the wider business.
This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll shape how cyber and technology risk is understood, governed and managed across a complex, enterprise-scale environment.
The Role
- Lead the cyber & technology risk strategy aligned to business goal
- Provide clear risk reporting to senior leadership and executive stakeholder
- Build strong partnerships across business and technology team
- Embed risk ownership, accountability and awareness across function
- Establish and drive governance, KPIs and KRI
- Act as a trusted advisor influencing strategic decisions
What We’re Looking
- Proven experience in cyber / business & technology risk leadership
- Strong track record influencing senior and board-level stakeholder
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology environments & frameworks
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking ski
