Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Chief AI Officer. The Chief AI Officer will lead the design and implementation of AI strategies, develop innovative AI-powered solutions for financial ecosystems, and oversee their integration with existing infrastructure. Responsibilities include building and managing an AI-focused team, managing predictive modeling initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and staying ahead of AI advancements. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure AI initiatives align with organizational goals and support broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data analytics
- Proven experience in developing AI platforms, predictive modeling, and algorithm optimization
- Knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, and tokenization technologies
- Familiarity with financial systems, credit lifecycle management, and capital markets
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team-building abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in challenging and innovative environments
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and data security best practices
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management at all levels
