The company aims to expand into global markets, strengthen recurring revenue, build enterprise client relationships, and become a recognized international provider of managed technology, cybersecurity, and AI services.
Role Overview
TecTigers is seeking a highly commercial, growth-focused, and client-facing Chief Executive Officer to lead the company’s global expansion.
The CEO will be responsible for multiplying revenue, expanding into international markets, building strategic client relationships, strengthening service offerings, improving profitability, and positioning TecTigers as a trusted global provider of Managed IT Services, Managed Security Services, and AI solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong business development capability, executive presence, technology services experience, and the ability to engage directly with clients, partners, vendors, investors, and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth and Business Expansion
- Own and deliver the company’s revenue growth strategy.
- Drive significant growth from the current USD 10M turnover base.
- Build and execute a 3-year and 5-year global growth plan.
- Develop new revenue streams across managed IT, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, infrastructure, data center, network, and field services.
- Build a predictable sales pipeline and increase recurring revenue.
- Lead major enterprise sales opportunities, strategic bids, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
- Improve client acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Establish revenue targets by geography, service line, and customer segment.
- Strengthen sales governance, CRM discipline, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Personally engage with high-value prospects and strategic clients.
2. Client-Facing Leadership
- Act as the public and executive face of TecTigers.
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CEOs, CFOs, and business leaders.
- Represent the company in client meetings, boardroom presentations, industry events, partner forums, and executive briefings.
- Position TecTigers as a strategic technology partner rather than only an IT services vendor.
- Understand client challenges around IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, compliance, cost optimization, and service reliability.
- Lead strategic account development for key clients.
- Handle major client escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Global Market Expansion
- Identify and prioritize target markets such as North America, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC, and other high-potential regions.
- Develop country-specific and region-specific go-to-market strategies.
- Build local partnerships, channel relationships, and sales representation in selected markets.
- Establish direct, partner-led, reseller, joint venture, or alliance-based market entry models.
- Strengthen global delivery capabilities for 24/7 support, NOC, SOC, remote infrastructure management, field services, and AI-led operations.
- Ensure compliance with regional legal, tax, data protection, cybersecurity, and contractual requirements.
- Build TecTigers’ international brand reputation and market credibility.
4. Managed IT Services Strategy
- Build and scale TecTigers’ Managed IT Services portfolio.
- Develop recurring service offerings across service desk, endpoint support, infrastructure monitoring, cloud operations, network operations, backup, disaster recovery, and field support.
- Create clear service packages, SLAs, pricing models, and onboarding processes.
- Strengthen NOC capabilities for proactive monitoring, incident management, performance management, and service assurance.
- Improve ITIL-based processes including incident, problem, change, asset, and service request management.
- Ensure managed services are profitable, repeatable, scalable, and easy to sell globally.
5. Managed Security Services Growth
- Lead the growth of TecTigers’ Managed Security Services portfolio.
- Expand offerings across SOC, MDR, threat monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, VAPT, red teaming, security advisory, and compliance support.
- Build or strengthen 24/7 security operations capability.
- Develop cybersecurity services with clear SLAs, dashboards, response times, and reporting.
- Build partnerships with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, firewall, identity, cloud security, and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Position TecTigers as a trusted cybersecurity partner for global clients.
- Ensure TecTigers’ own security posture meets enterprise client expectations.
6. AI Strategy and AI-Led Services
- Define TecTigers’ AI vision and commercial AI strategy.
- Develop AI-powered offerings for managed IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, automation, analytics, customer support, and business productivity.
- Identify practical AI use cases for clients, including service desk automation, predictive monitoring, cybersecurity analytics, document intelligence, workflow automation, and AI-assisted operations.
- Build partnerships with AI platforms, cloud providers, automation vendors, and data solution providers.
- Use AI internally to improve productivity, service quality, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Position TecTigers as an AI-enabled managed services provider.
7. Strategy, Leadership, and Business Planning
- Define the company’s long-term vision, mission, strategic direction, and competitive positioning.
- Build annual and long-term business plans covering revenue, profitability, markets, service lines, people, technology, and investment.
- Work with the Board and shareholders to agree targets, budgets, priorities, and performance milestones.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing models, customer demand, and technology shifts.
- Identify strategic partnerships, acquisitions, investment opportunities, and joint ventures.
- Convert strategy into measurable execution plans.
8. Sales, Marketing, and Brand Development
- Build a strong global sales and marketing function.
- Improve TecTigers’ visibility through digital marketing, events, webinars, thought leadership, case studies, and partner campaigns.
- Develop clear messaging for managed IT, managed security, AI, cloud, infrastructure, network, data center, procurement, and field services.
- Create strong sales collateral, pitch decks, proposals, pricing models, and client success stories.
- Develop vertical-specific offerings for sectors such as finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, logistics, telecom, government, education, and technology.
- Strengthen lead generation, partner marketing, and account-based marketing.
9. Operational Excellence
- Ensure TecTigers delivers high-quality, reliable, secure, and scalable services.
- Strengthen service delivery governance, SLA management, escalation processes, reporting, and customer communication.
- Improve delivery margins, utilization, automation, productivity, and quality.
- Build scalable teams across service desk, NOC, SOC, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, field services, procurement, project management, and customer success.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery and from project implementation to managed services.
- Track KPIs for service quality, response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, profitability, and productivity.
10. Financial Leadership
- Own full P&L responsibility for the company.
- Drive revenue growth while improving profitability and cash flow.
- Build budgets, forecasts, investment plans, and financial dashboards.
- Monitor gross margin, EBITDA, recurring revenue, contract profitability, utilization, and sales conversion.
- Review pricing, discounting, contract terms, renewals, and service margins.
- Optimize costs without compromising service quality.
- Support fundraising, banking relationships, investor discussions, and strategic financial planning where required.
11. People, Culture, and Leadership Team
- Build a high-performance leadership team across sales, delivery, finance, operations, HR, marketing, technology, cybersecurity, and customer success.
- Create a growth-oriented, accountable, customer-focused culture.
- Attract, retain, and develop senior talent capable of supporting global expansion.
- Establish clear organizational structure, roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
- Mentor senior leaders and create succession plans.
- Promote collaboration between commercial, technical, delivery, and customer success teams.
12. Partnerships and Vendor Ecosystem
- Build strategic partnerships with global technology vendors, cloud providers, cybersecurity companies, distributors, telecom providers, data center providers, and system integrators.
- Develop partner-led revenue channels.
- Strengthen vendor certifications, accreditations, and partner status.
- Negotiate favorable commercial terms, rebates, support models, and joint go-to-market opportunities.
- Use partnerships to increase credibility, capability, market reach, and service quality.
Required Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience in IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, data center, or technology consulting.
- Experience as CEO, COO, Managing Director, Country Head, Regional Director, Chief Revenue Officer, or another senior business leadership role.
- Proven success growing revenue in a B2B technology services company.
- Strong experience in enterprise sales and executive client relationship management.
- Experience scaling a company beyond USD 10M revenue is highly preferred.
