About the Role
Lazarus Alliance is hiring an experienced Executive Cybervisor® (our trademarked title for senior consultants) to join our elite team of cybersecurity compliance experts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, leading audit, compliance, risk management, and framework implementation engagements across a wide range of standards, including:
CMMC • FedRAMP • StateRAMP • NIST 800-53/171 • SOC 1/2 • ISO 27001 • HIPAA • PCI DSS • GDPR • CCPA • and many others (full list at https://lazarusalliance.com/).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity compliance audits, assessments, and risk engagements for clients worldwide
- Deliver strategic guidance on controls implementation, governance, and continuous compliance
- Conduct or support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing when required
- Prepare and deliver high-impact client reports and presentations
- Use Continuum GRC to drive efficiency, transparency, and proactive security posture improvements
- Maintain concierge-level client service and contribute to internal quality and continuous improvement initiatives
Must-Have Qualifications
- Current, valid CISSP certification (registration number required)
or a
- CCA (Certified CMMC Assessor) – strongly preferred and will receive priority
- Proven experience in IT auditing, compliance, GRC, or cybersecurity consulting
- Strong understanding of multiple regulatory and industry frameworks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver effective presentations
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment

- Hands-on experience with vulnerability and penetration testing
- Strategic and creative thinker who can turn complex requirements into actionable plans
