Role Description
This full-time, on-site Computer Specialist Tier 1 role is located in San Juan. The responsibilities include providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and assisting with technical inquiries. The role also involves contributing to the education of staff on best practices for system use and security.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Programming languages and ability to perform basic coding and debugging tasks
- Experience or knowledge in Machining or working with physical hardware systems
- Teaching capabilities to educate team members on software usage and cybersecurity practices
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in cybersecurity or a related discipline is a plus
