Job description
Blue Hawk Tactical is seeking experienced Control Room Operators to join our growing professional security team.
Minimum Requirements:
±3 years’ experience in a control room environment
CCTV monitoring experience
LPR & Tracking experience
Alarm monitoring experience using Listener Suite
PSIRA Registered (Minimum Grade C)
Matric Certificate
Clear criminal record (non-negotiable)
Own reliable transport (non-negotiable)
Advantageous:
Strong radio communication skills
Incident logging and report writing experience
We are looking for disciplined, alert, and reliable individuals who can perform under pressure and make sound operational decisions.
