We are seeking a Cyber Governance & NCA Compliance Lead to oversee our regulatory framework and ensure absolute adherence to national and international security standards.
Role Overview: An expert role dedicated to managing the internal policy ecosystem and ensuring the organization remains audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the implementation of ECC/CSCC controls and monitor continuous compliance.
- Lead internal audits, gap assessments, and remediation tracking projects.
- Maintain and update the organizational cybersecurity policy library.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- Experience: 4+ years in GRC, with a heavy focus on regulatory compliance and internal auditing.
- Certifications: CISA, CGEIT, or CRISC.
- Skills: Mastery of essential security controls, expert technical writing, and experience managing multi-departmental security audits.
