Contract Opportunity – Cyber Security Analyst | 6 Months | London (Hybrid)
I'm currently working with an excellent financial services organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced Cyber Security Analyst on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a hands-on operational security role, focused on triaging and analysing security findings, driving vulnerability remediation, and acting as the bridge between security tooling and technical teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Triage and investigate security findings and alerts
- Prioritise vulnerabilities based on risk and business impact
- Coordinate remediation activities with infrastructure and application teams
- Support the vulnerability management lifecycle from intake through to resolution
- Track, evidence and report on remediation progress
- Work with tools such as Microsoft Defender and other security platforms
We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience in:
- Cyber Security Operations / SOC environments
- Vulnerability Management
- Microsoft Defender
- Security incident triage and risk assessment
- Working closely with technical and business stakeholders
- Financial services or regulated environments (desirable)
