Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Analyst to join our growing cyber-security team. In this role, you will help protect the organisation's networks, systems, applications & sensitive data from cyber threats by monitoring security events, investigating alerts & supporting incident response activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Monitor security alerts using Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
- Investigate and respond to cyber-security incidents under senior analyst guidance.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and support remediation efforts.
- Monitor network traffic to identify suspicious or unauthorised activities.
- Assist in implementing cyber-security policies, standards and best practices.
- Conduct security audits and compliance assessments.
- Support identity and access management (IAM) processes.
- Review firewall, endpoint and antivirus security logs.
- Assist in threat detection, malware analysis and incident investigations.
- Support cloud security and endpoint protection initiatives.
- Maintain security documentation, incident reports and risk assessments.
