About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to manage and support enterprise network security infrastructure. The role focuses on Check Point Firewalls and Cisco Security technologies, with working knowledge of Citrix ADC (NetScaler) Load Balancers. You will support security operations, infrastructure optimization, incident resolution, and change implementation in a 24×7 production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Check Point Firewalls and Cisco Security technologies (Firewall, VPN, Cisco ISE).
- Administer firewall policies, VPNs, access control, and load balancing services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network security incidents and performance issues.
- Implement infrastructure changes following ITIL best practices.
- Ensure security compliance and optimize network security infrastructure.
- Support BAU activities, projects, and participate in a rotational on-call support schedule.
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain secure and reliable network operations.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in Network Security and Firewall Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Check Point Firewalls.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Cisco Security technologies (Firewall, VPN, Cisco ISE).
- Working knowledge of Citrix ADC (NetScaler) Load Balancers.
- Experience supporting enterprise production environments and 24×7 operations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management is an advantage.
