Location: London, Bank – 3 days in office.
Details: Initial 6 month contract, with guaranteed conversion to perm within that period.
Perm salary: up to £115k base + bonus (VP Level)
Initial contract rate: TBC
Requirements:
- Design and maintain enterprise security architectures aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Develop security solutions across cloud, network, endpoint, identity, and application domains.
- Lead the implementation of security controls, standards, and technical roadmaps.
- Conduct architecture reviews, threat modelling, and security risk assessments.
- Provide technical leadership on cloud security initiatives (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Support incident response activities and contribute to lessons learned and security improvements.
- Evaluate new technologies and provide security guidance for digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, Cyber Essentials Plus, etc.).
- Mentor and guide security and engineering teams on secure design principles.
