What You'll Be Doing
- Design and build benchmark tasks based on real-world blue-team cybersecurity workflows
- Create realistic evaluation environments including multi-host networks, Active Directory, and cloud control planes
- Develop benchmarks for detection engineering, threat hunting, incident response, and malware analysis
- Define evaluation standards for AI reasoning in cybersecurity scenarios
- Build scalable and reproducible evaluation infrastructure for defensive security testing
- Contribute to advancing AI benchmarks focused on blue-team operations
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in blue-team cybersecurity operations
- Strong experience in detection engineering, threat hunting, incident response, or malware analysis
- Strong understanding of analyst workflows and security investigation methodologies
- Strong scripting skills and experience working with cloud or enterprise environments
- Ability to design realistic evaluation scenarios and benchmark systems
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
