📍 Fully Remote from Jordan | Full-Time
At WAFY, we're building one of Saudi Arabia's leading technology platforms for experiences and entertainment—and security is a top priority.
We're looking for a Cyber Security Officer to lead our security posture across governance, compliance, vulnerability management, and incident response. You'll play a key role in protecting our platform, customer data, and cloud infrastructure while ensuring compliance with Saudi cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain information security policies and governance frameworks
- Lead vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking, and penetration testing activities
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents
- Drive compliance with Saudi PDPL, NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC), and security best practices
- Support security audits and investor due diligence
- Deliver security awareness training and promote a security-first engineering culture
What we're looking for:
✔ 4+ years of cybersecurity experience in a product, SaaS, or platform environment
✔ Hands-on experience in vulnerability assessment and incident response
✔ Knowledge of Saudi PDPL and NCA ECC frameworks
✔ Experience with SIEM, log analysis, and security monitoring
✔ Strong Arabic and English communication skills
Preferred:
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
- PCI-DSS experience
- CEH, OSCP, or similar security certifications
- Experience in fintech, marketplaces, SaaS, or government technology
