We’re expanding our expert network and seeking experienced Fractional Cybersecurity Specialists to support our clients in monitoring vulnerabilities, managing incidents, and strengthening their security posture across cloud, infrastructure, and endpoint environments. This role is ideal for professionals who want to work across multiple industries and help businesses build resilience.

Your responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring systems, logs, and activity to detect and respond to potential security threats
- Performing vulnerability assessments and coordinating mitigation plans with internal teams
- Assisting with implementation and configuration of security tools (EDR, firewalls, SIEMs, etc.)
- Supporting incident response planning and managing real-time alerts or breaches
- Conducting security audits, policy reviews, and risk assessments across infrastructure and applications
- Collaborating with engineering and IT teams to implement best practices in secure system design
- Keeping up to date with global threat intelligence, emerging attack vectors, and compliance requirements
- Preparing reports for internal stakeholders, clients, or auditors as needed
Required qualities may include:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, SOC analysis, or IT security roles
- Proficiency with threat detection tools, vulnerability scanners, firewalls, and endpoint protection platforms
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and secure system architecture
- Familiarity with frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or SOC 2
- Ability to triage alerts, communicate risks, and document incidents with clarity and speed
- Experience working independently and collaboratively with remote teams
- Relevant certifications
- Experience supporting startups or international teams with limited in-house security resources
