We are seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Specialist to provide expert guidance on protecting Operational Technology (OT) environments from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have experience in OT security, network security, risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response within industrial environments.
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field
✅ ISA/IEC 62443 Certification (Required)
✅ CISSP, CCNA, GIAC, or equivalent certifications preferred
Required Experience & Knowledge:
• 2–4 years of cybersecurity experience
• Experience with industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC, Profibus, and similar OT protocols
• Understanding of IT and OT integration and associated cybersecurity challenges
• Experience working with industrial and critical infrastructure environments
• Solid understanding of SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and HMIs
• Familiarity with OT security principles, including network segmentation, access control, and secure configurations
Key Responsibilities:
• Design secure zone-conduit (DMZ) architectures for plant networks
• Engineer network segmentation, VLANs, and firewall solutions while respecting operational and real-time constraints
• Implement OT cybersecurity solutions without impacting process uptime
• Lead and support OT cybersecurity initiatives
• Provide technical guidance on protecting OT systems from cyber threats
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Implement security controls to safeguard OT environments
• Respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents affecting OT systems
• Conduct vulnerability assessments using industry-recognized methodologies for manufacturing and critical infrastructure environments
• Identify cybersecurity risks and provide remediation recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive security measures are in place
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding OT cybersecurity risks and requirements
• Stay current with emerging OT cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry best practices
