Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Penetration Tester at CyberOxx.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting advanced security assessments across applications, networks, and infrastructure. You will simulate real-world cyberattacks to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen overall security posture.
Key responsibilities include vulnerability analysis, malware research, reverse engineering, and red team operations. You will work closely with technical teams to deliver actionable security insights and improve system resilience.
Responsibilities
- Perform penetration testing on web, mobile, and network systems
- Identify, analyze, and document security vulnerabilities
- Conduct malware analysis and reverse engineering
- Execute red team simulations and advanced attack scenarios
- Prepare detailed technical reports with remediation guidance
- Collaborate with development and security teams to improve defenses
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in reverse engineering techniques
- Experience in application security testing and vulnerability assessment
- Knowledge of red teaming and adversary simulation
- Familiarity with malware analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of core cybersecurity principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
Preferred Certifications
- OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
