Role Overview
You would be involved in improving the resilience of the overall services for the business to prevent future Cybersecurity attacks. The mission is to strengthen the IT Security of our customer by providing state-of-the-art monitoring, detection and response services and tools. Within the unit, the Cybersecurity Engineering and Management sector is responsible for the development and operations of supporting capabilities and services by the unit’s principal capability teams of detection, response, and cyber threat intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business, security, and compliance requirements into secure technical solutions.
- Design and architect AI/ML and data-driven cybersecurity solutions (including data pipelines, MLOps, and model lifecycle).
- Act as a solution architect and subject matter expert for AI/ML security architecture.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and best practices.
- Contribute to service design, reliability engineering, and incident/problem management.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment strategies.
- Build and integrate identity & access management solutions (e.g., federated authentication).
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure solutions are production-ready and supportable.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in cybersecurity (application, infrastructure, detection & response).
- Proven experience in solution architecture, especially for AI/ML systems in production.
- Solid knowledge of DevSecOps, cloud environments, and secure software development.
- Expertise in AI/ML, including model development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG-based solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices (APIs, CI/CD).
- Hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and observability tooling.
- Good understanding of networking and core security technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
