Crowe Cybersecurity Maldives is seeking two (2) motivated Cybersecurity Associates to support client cybersecurity engagements, including security assessments, IT audits, vulnerability assessments, threat research, reporting, and security awareness activities.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about cybersecurity and eager to develop hands-on experience in a professional consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support vulnerability assessments and basic penetration testing activities
- Assist in IT audits, cybersecurity assessments, and compliance reviews
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on security best practices
- Participate in research and development initiatives
- Prepare clear and concise security reports for clients
- Assist in developing and delivering security awareness training
- Stay updated on latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices
- Support incident response, security monitoring, and investigation activities where required
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity tools, technologies, and platforms
- Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and security concepts
- Familiarity with tools such as Nmap, Burp Suite, Nessus/OpenVAS, Wireshark, or similar is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Additional Information
- Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
- Working Hours: 08:00 – 15:30 (Sunday to Thursday)
