We are looking for an Cybersecurity Control Officer!
Responsabilities:
Program Steering & Governance
- Support the execution of the CIB Cyber Strategy across EMEA, AMER, APAC, and CIB-dependent Group entities.
- Monitor project delivery, milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalate issues when required.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk analyses, and decision rationale.
- Prepare, coordinate, and follow up governance committees (OpCo, Panorama), including agendas, presentation materials, meeting minutes, and action tracking.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects or business lines, coordinating with Project Managers and internal/external stakeholders.
Cyber Controls & Compliance
- Collect, assess, and challenge evidence demonstrating compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
- Validate project deliverables and maturity evidence before submission to Group reviewers.
- Support alignment with Group (CDF) on cybersecurity requirement interpretation.
- Document technical positions on disputed or ambiguous requirements and coordinate remediation activities until closure.
- Ensure operational controls and procedures are consistently followed.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Define, monitor, and improve operational KPIs and success indicators.
- Standardize reporting processes across projects and regions.
- Develop action plans and roadmaps to improve program performance.
- Identify automation opportunities across program activities, including:
- evidence collection;
- assessment campaign tracking;
- committee reporting;
- meeting minutes production;
- status consolidation.
- Reduce manual effort through standardized templates, reporting pipelines, and automated workflows.
- Contribute to the modernization of the Cyber Program by leveraging automation and AI/LLM use cases.
Technical Analysis & Risk Assessment
- Perform deep-dive analyses of complex IT and cybersecurity operational topics.
- Challenge operational assumptions and assess cybersecurity risks.
- Translate complex technical information into concise executive-level insights.
- Maintain both detailed technical understanding and a strategic, "big-picture" perspective.

- Ability to assess risks and provide well-reasoned recommendations.
- Broad understanding of IT processes, infrastructure, and technology.
- Ability to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.
Methodologies & Tools
- Cybersecurity maturity frameworks and assessment methodologies.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- SharePoint administration and data management.
- Power BI for dashboarding and reporting.
- Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools and practical automation use cases.
Languages
- Fluent English.
- French is a plus.
