Our client is a nationally recognized consulting firm seeking a client-facing cybersecurity leader to support NIST CSF assessments, cybersecurity roadmaps, and IT/OT security advisory work across critical infrastructure and regulated environments.
This role is heavily focused on leading cybersecurity assessments and executive-facing advisory engagements, particularly within Energy & Utilities and other complex enterprise environments.

What You’ll Do
• Lead NIST CSF-based cybersecurity assessments and maturity reviews
• Conduct client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive readouts
• Develop remediation plans, modernization strategies, and security roadmaps
• Assess cyber risk across enterprise IT, cloud, infrastructure, and OT environments
• Advise clients on cybersecurity strategy, resilience, segmentation, and modernization initiatives
• Support broader IT/OT security and transformation engagements
What You Bring
• 7–10+ years in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, GRC, risk, or security strategy
• Strong experience leading NIST CSF assessments and remediation planning
• Consulting or client-facing advisory background preferred
• Experience presenting findings and recommendations to leadership teams
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, or CIS
Controls
• Exposure to IT/OT, ICS, critical infrastructure, or regulated industries is highly preferred
Nice to Have
• Energy & Utilities or critical infrastructure experience
• OT / ICS security exposure (SCADA, industrial environments, segmentation, etc.)
• Experience building cybersecurity roadmaps or modernization strategies
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar
