Your mission will be…

  • Strategy Development and Implementation:
  • Define and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Drive strategic initiatives across IT, OT, and PSS domains
  • Develop and maintain the global cybersecurity operating model for SFS
  • Support the CCSO in strategic decision-making and direction setting
  • Governance and Program Management:
  • Establish and maintain cybersecurity governance frameworks
  • Lead cybersecurity program management and oversight
  • Coordinate and run cybersecurity boards and committees
  • Drive implementation of governance processes across business units
  • Budget and Resource Management:
  • Develop and manage cybersecurity budgets
  • Oversee resource allocation for strategic initiatives
  • Monitor and report on program financials
  • Evaluate and propose investments in cybersecurity capabilities
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for cybersecurity processes
    • Establish metrics and KPIs for measuring program effectiveness
    • Identify and implement best practices across the organization
    • Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements
    • Partner Management:
      • Represent cybersecurity interests in committees
      • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and collaborators
      • Coordinate with business units and country organizations
      • Support communication of cybersecurity initiatives to senior management

    We are looking for…

  • Education
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • Advanced certifications in project management or cybersecurity governance (e.g., CGEIT, CISM) highly welcome
  • Experience & Skills
    • Long-term experience in cybersecurity with focus on strategy and governance
    • Proven track record in program management and strategic planning
    • Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks
    • International business experience is welcome
    • Proficient understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards
    • Knowledge of IT, OT, and PSS security requirements
    • Familiarity with risk management methodologies
    • Understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies
    • Ways of working
      • Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities
      • Strong partner and relationship management capabilities are helpful
      • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
      • Demonstrable ability to influence cross-functional teams
