What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Conduct end-to-end insider risk investigations in collaboration with Legal, Human Resources, and Cybersecurity Operations
- Utilize monitoring and detection platforms to investigate anomalous activities for potential insider risk
- Interview potential insiders to gather insights related to investigations
- Develop and maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures, and documentation
- Support education and awareness programs to promote a strong security culture
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma/GED with seven years of Information, Clinical, or Financial Systems experience, including three years of Cyber Security experience; or a Bachelor's Degree with five years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with DLP, UEBA, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and SOAR platforms for complex investigations
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001
- Hands-on scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, KQL, or similar languages
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working with internal and external counsel and eDiscovery providers
- Background in conducting OSINT investigations
- Relevant industry certifications such as GCIH, GCFR, GCFA, GNFA, CEH, CFE, CCE, CFCE, CHFI, or equivalent advanced certifications
