Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in strategic planning and organizational leadership
- Oversee large-scale operational functions and workforce management
- Lead incident management, investigations, and emergency response coordination
- Develop and implement SOPs, operational controls, and KPIs
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients
- Ensure effective risk management, threat assessment, and security protocols
- Drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams
- Provide leadership across multi-functional business units
Candidate Profile
- Former commissioned officer (above Captain) from: Military or Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP)
- MBA from a recognized university
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience at senior management level (GM or above)
- Proven experience managing large teams / technical forces
- Strong exposure to high-risk or sensitive operational environments
- Demonstrated expertise in incident management and investigations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commanding presence
