Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a DigitalRoute Mediation Zone specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SQL and Unix/Linux environments, along with a solid understanding of Telecom Billing and Telecom BSS processes. This role offers the opportunity to work in both product and service-based environments.
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Mediation Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain mediation solutions using DigitalRoute products.
- Database Management: Utilize SQL for data manipulation, extraction, and reporting.
- Unix/Linux Administration: Perform system administration tasks in Unix/Linux environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Telecom Billing Processes: Understand and support telecom billing systems and BSS processes to ensure accurate data handling and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective mediation solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data mediation and billing processes efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on DigitalRoute mediation solutions, SQL, and Unix/Linux environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database management and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux command-line tools and scripting.
- Familiarity with Telecom Billing and BSS processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
