ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy for SoftServe's cybersecurity practice in the US – acting as the security face of the company with enterprise clients. You will drive a portfolio of client engagements with full accountability for revenue and delivery quality, converting C-suite conversations into opportunities and scaling repeatable security service offerings from the ground up.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and drive the full commercial cycle for cybersecurity engagements – from pipeline generation and opportunity identification through proposal development and deal closure
- Build and scale repeatable security service offerings, packaging capabilities into market-ready services that generate consistent revenue
- Establish and grow trusted relationships with CTOs, CISOs, and their direct reports, converting executive conversations into engagements with commercial clarity
- Collaborate with CRO and Sales teams across the US and EMEA to identify, qualify, and accelerate opportunities
- Develop and present structured technical solutions – including architecture proposals, client demos, and security roadmaps – across the full pre-sales to delivery cycle
- Lead complex client engagements across infrastructure, data, and AI security, ensuring high delivery quality and measurable client impact
- Scope engagements and create high-quality proposals through a consultative solution-selling approach
- Monitor emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to advise clients on risk mitigation and defense strategies
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or managed security services environments
- Proven track record of personally owning revenue, quota, and pipeline – including closing deals and converting executive conversations into engagements
- Strong experience building and launching repeatable security service offerings from the ground up, commercially and technically
- Deep expertise in cloud security, risk assessment, S-SDLC, and infrastructure security across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong knowledge of data protection, DLP, and secure AI practices
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2
- Proven ability to design scalable security solutions and lead end-to-end pre-sales activities including technical presentations and proposal development
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to and engaging C-level stakeholders across diverse client environments
The anticipated salary range for this role is 200,000 – 247,500 USD annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
