The Role
This is a senior leadership position responsible for owning and advancing enterprise security operations. You will lead a broad set of capabilities including SOC, incident response, and threat management, while shaping the long-term security roadmap. The role suits a leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels, influence senior stakeholders, and build a high-performing security function.
What You Will Do
- Lead and evolve a 24/7 security operations function, covering monitoring, detection, and response across enterprise systems
- Direct incident response activities end-to-end, including containment, recovery, and post-incident analysis across internal and third-party environments
- Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, and threat intelligence programs to identify and mitigate emerging risks
- Partner with senior leadership to define security strategy, influence architecture decisions, and align with business and risk objectives
- Build and develop a high-performing team, while managing vendors, budget, and operational performance against regulatory requirements
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT or cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in security operations, including SOC, incident response, and threat detection technologies
- Deep understanding of network, endpoint, and application security, along with adversarial tactics and response practices
- Experience working within regulated environments and frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST
- Proven leadership capability with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, technical teams, and external stakeholders
