Shape the future of organizational safety as the Director for Corporate Security and Business Continuity. This role focuses on enhancing personal safety and asset protection in a hybrid work environment.
As the Director on our Enterprise & Operational Risk team, you will implement strategies that elevate security measures and foster a safe environment for corporate personnel and properties. Reporting to the upper management, you will address security events and drive continuous improvements in safety protocols. Your leadership will engage employees and third-party vendors to coordinate effective communication during emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish security strategies and health safety programs
• Oversee personal security and conduct vulnerability assessments
• Update and maintain security protocols, ensuring compliance
• Collaborate with facilities for effective emergency response
• Act as an expert in training programs for security awareness
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in corporate security with financial services exposure
• Manage an Occupational Health & Safety program with expertise
• Strong project management skills, able to prioritize tasks
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office for analytical tasks
• Maintain composure under stressful conditions
