About Role
We are seeking a Director of Security to lead all security operations, ensure safety standards, and manage risk, emergency planning, and crisis response within a luxury hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage hotel security operations and personnel
• Ensure effective crime prevention and security presence
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Oversee emergency response, fire safety, and crisis management plans
• Coordinate with law enforcement and government authorities
• Monitor high-risk individuals, VIP security, and incident reporting
• Conduct security training and awareness programs for staff
• Ensure proper use of CCTV, surveillance, and safety systems
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience in security management, preferably in hospitality or similar sector
• Background in law enforcement or military is an advantage
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, fire safety, and emergency protocols
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations and risk management
