WE ARE HIRING: Enterprise Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Director
Location: Mexico City or Monterrey (Hybrid Available)
Compensation: $135,000 – $190,000 MXN Gross/Month + Tech Allowances
Reports to: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
As Mexican supply chains embed deeply with international corporate clouds, securing local industrial networks (OT) and digital architecture against ransomware is a business-critical priority. We are seeking an elite infrastructure leader to fortify our operations.
What you will do:
• Architect, scale, and protect cloud infrastructure and integrated supply chain data streams.
• Shield operational technology (OT) systems on manufacturing floors from digital vulnerabilities.
• Oversee localized cybersecurity defense frameworks and ensure international data alignment.
What you must bring:
• Deep technical leadership background with recognized industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, cloud architecture certifications).
• Proven track record securing high-risk environments (Logistics, FinTech, or Advanced Manufacturing groups).
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical vulnerabilities into clear risk strategies for business leaders.
