- Support the monitoring and operation of information security solutions;
- Assist in the analysis and handling of security alerts;
- Support the management of corporate Antivirus (AV) and EDR solutions;
- Monitor vulnerabilities and assist in Vulnerability Management (VMS) processes;
- Provide operational support for firewalls, IPS/IDS, and network security policies;
- Assist in the administration and event analysis of Web Proxy and AntiSpam solutions;
- Support the operation of NAC (Network Access Control) solutions;
- Assist in troubleshooting security and connectivity-related incidents;
- Participate in continuous improvement, hardening, and compliance projects;
- Document technical procedures and create operational reports.
Requisitos mínimos
Currently Pursuing a Higher Education Degree In
- Computer Networks;
- Information Security;
- Computer Engineering;
- Information Systems or related fields.
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts;
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems;
- Interest in information security and corporate infrastructure environments;
- Basic knowledge of firewalls, antivirus solutions, proxy technologies, or other security tools is considered a plus;
- English proficiency for reading, understanding, and communicating technical information is important, as this role involves interaction within a global corporate environment and access to international documentation and teams.
