Position: Evening Supervisor for Security Operations

As the Evening Facilities Supervisor, report directly to the Manager of Security Services and oversee a dedicated team of security officers. Your responsibilities will include implementing health and safety measures and addressing emergencies confidently. The role requires strong communication and customer service, ideal for a skilled professional with supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of security officers during evening shifts
• Ensure the building’s safety for employees, patrons, and artists
• Address health and safety protocols with precision
• Respond effectively to emergencies and provide guidance
• Draft relevant policies and procedures for security operations
Requirements:
• College diploma in Police Foundations or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years in a supervisory security role
• Bilingual fluency in both official languages
• Knowledge of security technology and emergency techniques
• Valid driver’s license and First Aid certifications
