Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Event Day Guard team during events
• Ensure effective crowd management and fan safety
• Communicate professionally with staff and fans
• Report incidents and follow up promptly
• Collaborate with third-party contractors as needed
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Valid Security License (Bill C-159) mandatory
• Smart Serve Certificate within last 4 years
• Experience in sports and entertainment preferred
• Proficient with workplace software, especially MS Office
