- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and protocols in collaboration with the HR department to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
- Regularly update and manage the weekly duty roster for security personnel, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure that security guards adhere to their assigned duties as per the duty roster, coordinating closely with the HR department for any adjustments.
- Oversee the proper checking of gate passes and ensure that all entries and exits are documented accurately, submitting daily reports to the HR department.
- Ensure the secure opening and closing of the factory premises, maintaining vigilance to prevent unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to enhance security measures and response strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to security staff on best practices and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Assist in the development of emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness.
