Position: Experienced Surveillance Operator Needed
Take on the pivotal role of Surveillance Operator, ensuring safety and security through vigilant monitoring and documentation of property activities. Support a positive work atmosphere by adhering to company policies.
Working under the Manager, Surveillance, you’ll monitor CCTV footage and engage with guests to foster a secure and welcoming environment. With your background in security or surveillance, you will track compliance, document essential information, and maintain effective communication with all departments involved in operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report violations and guest activities
• Maintain surveillance logs for compliance and evidence
• Document equipment conditions for operational integrity
• Communicate effectively with operational teams
• Build strong rapport with guests and staff
Requirements:
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Education in criminology preferred; experience counts
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in security or surveillance
• Must have Serving it Right Certification
• Detail-oriented with strong focus skills
