Your mission
As a Facility & Security Support, you will ensure the smooth daily operation of our buildings, supporting safety, maintenance and security activities while coordinating suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Perform daily building walkthroughs and report incidents.
- Manage access cards and support security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
- Support SCIE activities and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate facility services (cleaning, maintenance, handyman).
- Assist with small maintenance tasks, relocations and event support.
- Maintain documentation, incident logs and operational procedures.
Let’s Talk About You. If You…
- Hold a relevant technical qualification (safety, maintenance, electrical, etc.) — higher education is not required.
- Have basic knowledge of SCIE and emergency procedures.
- Possess general building maintenance and emergency systems knowledge (AutoCAD is a plus).
- Bring experience with fire detection, CCTV and access control systems.
- Are organized, proactive and able to work independentlyhands-on.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English.
