Position: FCT Team Lead for Info Security

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SOC operations for effective incident escalation
• Drive improvements in detection fidelity and alert actions
• Analyze threat intelligence for new detection requirements
• Govern security logging standards to support investigations
• Optimize tools for enhanced investigation techniques
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years in Security Operations
• Experience in hybrid environments with Azure technologies
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and other security tools
• Capacity to operate under high-pressure situations
• Senior security certifications like CISSP or GIAC desired
