About the Role
Securecorp is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Security Site Supervisor to lead security operations across our retail site portfolio in Tasmania. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, supervising security personnel, ensuring compliance with site procedures, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants, visitors, and stakeholders.
You will play a key role in coordinating security activities, responding to incidents, supporting your team, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support security officers across the site
- Coordinate daily security operations and roster coverage
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with procedures
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarm activations
- Liaise with site management, tenants, and stakeholders
- Conduct patrols, access control, and incident investigations
- Complete incident reports, shift logs, and operational documentation
- Mentor team members and maintain high performance standards
- Deliver professional customer service and conflict resolution
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current Security Licence and valid First Aid Certificate
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership security role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent report writing and computer literacy skills
- Ability to manage incidents calmly and effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters including days, nights, and weekends
- A dependable, professional, and proactive approach
