Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor casino activities through surveillance cameras
• Investigate disputes and review recorded footage
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports
• Supervise the functioning of surveillance equipment
• Train team agents and distribute tasks effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in the casino industry
• Strong document interpretation and report writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of reliability and self-motivation
• Flexibility for various shift hours, including weekends
