About the Role
We are looking for a senior security leader to own and drive our global information security, data protection, and compliance strategy across multiple regions.
This is a CISO-level role responsible for building scalable security governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling secure global business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead global information security and data protection strategy
- Build and maintain security governance, policies, and risk frameworks
- Ensure compliance with global regulations (e.g. GDPR, ISO27001, SOC2, etc.)
- Oversee cloud security, application security, and identity & access management
- Lead incident response and manage security risks across regions
- Partner with executive leadership, product, and engineering teams on security decisions
- Build and lead a high-performing global security & compliance team
Requirements
- 10+ years in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk
- Experience in senior security leadership roles (CISO / Head of Security / equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of global compliance frameworks and data protection laws
- Hands-on experience in cloud security and enterprise security architecture
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience in global or high-growth tech environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, web3, or financial infrastructure
- Familiarity with multi-region regulatory environments
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.)
