Job summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead our Cybersecurity and Business Continuity Management (BCM) Office.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of information security, cybersecurity, and business continuity, while aligning with Intesa Sanpaolo Group frameworks, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
You will act as a key partner to senior management and the Parent Company, contributing to the resilience, security, and continuity of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall state of information security and cybersecurity, including regular reporting to the Management Board
- Define, implement, and maintain Information Security and Cybersecurity objectives, in alignment with the Parent Company
- Ensure harmonization, coordination, and supervision of information and technical security and business continuity activities
- Develop and regularly review policies, procedures, and guidelines related to security and BCM
- Lead communication and collaboration with the Parent Company on cybersecurity and business continuity initiatives
- Organize and monitor the execution of audit activities related to cybersecurity and BCM
- Ensure effective execution of Business Continuity processes, including Business Impact Analysis, testing, and reporting in line with Group standards
- Drive strategic alignment with the Parent Company to ensure proper monitoring, coordination, and delivery of security initiatives
- Manage and oversee operations within the organizational unit, ensuring high performance and effective control across all areas
- Lead and develop team members, fostering continuous professional development and knowledge sharing
- Ensure the development and maintenance of internal regulations and processes within the scope of the unit
- Communicate organizational changes, strategy, and policies clearly within the team
- Manage performance, budget, and reporting accuracy of the organizational unit
- Perform additional duties in line with business needs and management direction
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in cybersecurity, information security, or BCM
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and complex organizational environments
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, governance models, and BCM practices
- Experience in working with international organizations or banking/financial institutions is an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English
