We are looking for an experienced Windows Server Administrator to join our team and support enterprise infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server 2019 and above environments
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server databases and related services
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell
- Configure, monitor, and maintain Active Directory services
- Perform server monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, system, and application-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability, security, and performance
- Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations

Required Skills
Mandatory
- Strong experience with Windows Server 2019 and above
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Experience in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
Must Have
- Active Directory Administration
- Server Monitoring & Performance Tuning
- Backup & Recovery Operations
- Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis
- Exposure to Linux/Unix environments
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including:
- DNS
- Firewalls
- Load Balancing
- Experience with enterprise monitoring tools
Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Windows Server Administration
- Experience supporting enterprise production environments is preferred
