Minimum/Preferred Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Nevada PILB license (or ability to obtain)
Exceptional communication skills
Job Responsibilities/Duties
Perform proactive patrol, adhering to healthcare system requirements maintaining a visible and reassuring presence
Respond promptly to calls and incidents
Mastery of Emergency Protocols
Participate in all required training
Prepare accurate incident reports
Maintain exceptional composposure under pressure to uphold order and safety
Represent ESI with professionalism and integrity
