Role Overview:
We are looking for an HSSE Officer responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving Health, Safety, Security & Environment policies and procedures. The role will ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, monitor, and improve HSSE programs and initiatives.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Provide training and awareness sessions on HSSE topics.
- Prepare internal reporting and support investigations in case of incidents or near misses.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure a proactive approach to safety and sustainability.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in technical or related fields (preferred).
- Previous experience in HSSE roles within industrial, maritime, oil & gas, or similar sectors.
- Solid knowledge of national and international HSSE regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Italian language knowledge (preferred) in addition to fluent English (spoken and written).
