About the team
The Security Access Management Specialist plays a crucial role in establishing and sustaining a robust compliance and governance framework for PXC’s Access Control processes. This framework serves essential purposes:
- Ensuring that only authorised users can access PXC’s systems and applications, ensuring individual accountability.
- Offering a transparent and consistent perspective on access management from a reporting standpoint.
About your role
As a valuable member of our organization, you will be a part of the Security Risk Management team, an integral part of our robust and high-achieving Security function within PXC’s Technology Change Operations department.
In your role, you will have the responsibility of overseeing governance pertaining to our partners and internals from the Access Management perspective. Your direct reporting line will be to the Lead Security Risk Manager.
Key Responsibilities in Your Role
Accountability, Ownership, Authority
- Responsible to manage access control operations and support PXC, to ensure no unauthorised access to PXC data/systems.
- Responsible to complete user account reconciliations (internal and external) and governance of PXC apps against HR platform, to ensure no unauthorised access.
- Responsible to manage reporting dashboards and KPI’s that provide clear insights into the performance of those responsible for Identity Lifecycle processes.
- Perform and support regular access management related audit activities and enforce policies to ensure adherence with PXC Security Policy and Standard.
Success Criteria
Essential:
- Knowledge related security controls.
- Experience completing user access reconciliations.
- Excel
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a Telecom firm.
- Experience in any of the mentioned programming languages: Python, Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, and SQL.
